2025 marked the completion of an important chapter in my development as a board director. After a year of intensive study, practice, and reflection, I graduated from the IMD Board Readiness Diploma, a program that challenged me to think and decide with greater clarity, responsibility, and courage.
The journey went far beyond frameworks and regulations. It was an immersion into responsible leadership, navigating uncertainty, and creating alignment in environments where information is incomplete and decisions carry real weight. The simulations, the faculty insights, and the peer discussions shaped not only how I approach the boardroom, but how I show up as a person.
My sincere gratitude goes to the IMD faculty, in particular Professor Didier Cossin, whose leadership of the Board Readiness Program set a high standard for modern governance. The program strengthened my understanding of value creation, risk oversight, and the true responsibility of board service.
A heartfelt thank-you also goes to my family and to the companies who trusted me with board responsibilities during this period of intense learning. Their support allowed me to invest deeply and return stronger.
This diploma is not a finish line. It is my foundation for my continued board work: contributing with clarity, integrity, and long-term perspective in an increasingly complex world.
